In case you’ve missed it, the Rockwall varsity volleyball team has been making some noise since district play began.

With two wins against Tyler Lee and North Garland, the Yellow Jackets have yet to lose a game in district play. Tuesday evening, our Lady Jackets will travel away from home to face off against the Sachse Mustangs, who are also 3-0 in district, at 6:30.

Here’s a look at how the two unbeaten teams have performed in district play so far:

Rockwall V. North Garland 3-0
Rockwall V. Tyler Lee 3-0

Sachse V. Rowlett 3-1
Sachse V. Tyler Lee 3-0

Overall, the Jackets are 17-12 for the season, and look to continue their district dominance vs. the Mustangs, but it won’t be easy; they hold an overall record of 23-6 on the season and have yet to lose a match at home.

The winner of Tuesday’s match-up will remain the district’s sole undefeated team.

May the best team win.
