On Wednesday, high schools across the nation took part in National Signing Day, a day in which athletes across all sports sign with the colleges of their choice for an opportunity to continue their playing careers.

Rockwall High School’s lecture hall and library were packed with friends, family, teachers, coaches, and teammates gathered to witness the ceremonial signings of these college letters and celebrate the occassion.

The following Yellowjackets, who have been standouts in their perspective sports during their time in Rockwall, are among those who participated in National Signing Day (athlete’s name followed by their future college):

Girl’s soccer

Macy Shipman: Texas Southern University
